Dixon and Silver struggle to rebuild their relationship while Teddy uncomfortably watches from afar, but soon discovers that Dixon misled Silver to bring her back to him. Meanwhile, Naomi and Liam also struggle to rebuild their own relationship while Naomi tries to become friends with Ivy which proves more difficult when Ivy does not share the same interests with Naomi. While Annie tries to establish relations with Dixon, Naomi and her former friends, she realizes with growing horror the kind of person that Jasper really is when he tells her to stay away from her former friends by threatening to tell everyone (as well as the authorities) about her direct involvement in the hit-and-run accident that killed his uncle. Jasper tells Annie that HE is her one and only friend. Elsewhere, Adrianna finds herself alone when Navid does not want to accompany her to an AA meeting. But Adrianna has a surprising run-in at the meeting with fellow Blaze News volunteer Gia, whom is also a recovering alcoholic and pill-popper which leads to them having a night out that leads to something more. Also, Ryan’s own substance abuse with alcohol escalates despite his attempts to hide it from his students. While Annie and Dixon re-establish friendly relations, their relations with their parents become more distant as strained as Harry and Debbie continue arguing over what’s best for their daughter and adopted son when Dixon becomes determined to find and re-establish relations with his own biological mother.
